Online and in store Return Policy

We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchange, store credit or refund on all regular priced items returned within 7 days of the original purchase.  Discounted items purchased in store or online may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase for store credit or exchange ONLY - there are no refunds on discounted (sale, BOGO, gift with purchase, etc.) items.

 

Top of the World is not responsible for return shipping charges. 

 

Please note, although we stand by our products for quality and workmanship, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on a product that is not in its original condition and packaging which includes anything that has been washed or used.

 

All items returned to Top of the World will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Feel free to contact us if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail: 
To exchange or return merchandise, just email us at info@topoftheworld.com and indicate the reason for exchange. We will contact you with return approval and instructions. Please see below for mailing instructions.

 

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return.  If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will exchange the product for one of equal value including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees.

Shipping
Top of the World ships via UPS, Dicom, Fed-Ex, Purolator and Canpar for online orders and might require a signature upon delivery (to ensure you receive your package). Shipping rates subject to change without notice. Oversized and unique items are not subject to our normal shipping rates and will be quoted for customer approval prior to processing your payment.

Deliveries to the Europe:

Order Processing & Ship Times:
Received:
All orders are reviewed by our Customer Service department the next business day (Monday through Friday).

Processed:
If all of the items ordered are available and in-stock, Customer Service will process your order and prepare it for shipping, generally within 2 business days of receiving your order. However, if your items are not in-stock or immediately available at the time of your order they will need to be transferred in from our supplier locations which could add up to 5-10 additional business days to your delivery.

Payment:
Your credit card will be charged at time of order submission.

Shipped:
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order. A tracking number will be provided to you. If you need your order sooner, please contact our Customer Service Desk at: 613-237-4797.
NOTE: Your order will be insured by the courier for a maximum value of $100.00, any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Top of the World and all insurance claims etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser and the courier. Top of the World is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

International Deliveries:
We currently only ship to a select number of European countries. International customers must allow 7 to 12 weeks for delivery and will not receive a tracking number with their order since Canada Post is unable to offer tracking options for international packages. Some items are not available for international sale (snowboards, misc. large items) since their size would make it extremely costly and very difficult to ship. Top of the World is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
